Sotheby's auctions of the highest value jewellery are held twice a year in a luxury lakeside hotel in Geneva. Transforming the banqueting suite into an intimate space suitable for presenting jewellery whilst adhering to tight security restrictions requires strict planning. All the construction and printing is carried out in advance in the UK and transported to Switzerland as a kit to assemble on-site along with a specially designed lighting system and full stage AV set-up for the auction itself.
